Oriental Salad
This salad is a take on a recipe that I ate growing up! It must refrigerate, to soften the ramen noodles, for at least 6 hours. So, make this in the morning for dinnertime yumminess!

This is a take on a Forks Over Knives recipe. Great flavor! We like things a little on the mild side, so feel free to add more chili pepper flakes to the marinade!
This is good as a sauce or with chips and cut veggies! Make sure to soak your cashews. We like things a little more on the mild side here, so feel free to add more chipotle in adobo sauce and add up to 1/4 tsp. chili powder as well!
Tangy, slightly sweet, this barbecue sauce is good on everything!
Easy chili you can do either on the stove or in the crockpot! Great for fall weather!
Layered salad so yummy! Make the morning of or the night before you want to serve this!
Italian Tofu Scramble is so easy! It has a cheesy, Italian flavor that is perfect for any morning!
A take on Avocado Toast, Guacamole toast is sooo easy! And delicious!!
So warming and delicious! This homemade applesauce is great as a side dish but could easily be a dessert when paired with a vegan vanilla ice cream!
Sweet potato fries for breakfast? Why not? These are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Slightly sweet with a drizzle of almond butter, they’re fantastic!
Originally titled “Hamburger Chowder” by my Grandmother, I have reworked this recipe to have all vegetables and still be filling and comforting! Enjoy!!
This is a different take on coleslaw than what I grew up with! Vinegar instead of mayonnaise and oh so good!
Raisins are what this recipe calls for, but feel free to use dried cranberries! This batter is very thick, thus the name “Rich”!

This is creamy and delicious! Use it to replace condensed cream of chicken soup in your regular recipes! Enjoy!!
